Where is this bridge located? And what is supposed to its function?

ReplyDeleteLady D - I don't know the source of the photo. It was sent to me by someone who sends out humorous emails to me frequently (my Mom!) without attribution or explanation. I think that the function was somehow lost in translation from the idea to the execution (smile)...
