    Photo #1 - This photo taken on Monday, July 27, 2009 by the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, shows Otty Sanchez, 33. Sanchez is charged with capital murder in the death of her son, Scott Wesley Buccholtz-Sanchez. Sanchez apparently ate the child's brain and some other body parts before stabbing herself, San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said.

    Photo #2 - The photo on the bottom taken on July 18, 2009 photo released by Scott Bucholz, Otty Sanchez is seen with her son, Scott Wesley Bucholz. When authorities found the infant's body Sunday, July 26, 2009, Sanchez told officers the devil made her do it, police said.

    This just floors me and I cannot fathom a mother, let alone any parents being able to do this to their child.

    Otty Sanchez was a Jehovah's Witness -- as was her own mother.

    You have to ask if this is the psychotic form of post partum depression that went undiagnosed or assited until it resulted in an insane act.

    This is sick. Just sick. I don't blame her religion or PPD. This woman was just insane. And the pictures make it that much more mortifying. How can you do something like this? This is taking the saying "I can just eat him up!" (meaning he's cute!) too freaking far!
