Obama Says No to Fox Debate
Barack Obama will not participate in a presidential debate sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus scheduled to air on Fox News in September. In other words, he decided not to dance with the devil.
James - I think that his decision is more of a reflection on Fox-TV than CBC. In any case, I think that it is a good move. It is a principled move in my view. CBC showed no principles in accepting money from Fox-TV to sponsor these debates. I'm glad that Obama and Edwards won't be going.

With out Obama, who will watch the debate, putting a distance between himself and the CBC, in the eyes of white voters will help Obama, good politics

ReplyDeleteGood Decision by Obama, We have no business on that racist network and should have no dealings with them.
ReplyDeleteThere is finally signs of action concerning the bias and hate mongering of the Fox News Network. I am definitely glad to see this.
ReplyDeleteThe candidates should take his lead and boycott the debate also. It was totally unprofessional what FOX tried to do to Obama.
ReplyDeleteLatimer, Danielle & dame - Amen! Edwards, Clinton and Obama all showed more principle in this matter than the Congressional Black Caucus.
