Ryan Bain was a troubled soul on October 10, 2010. For some reason he was running around the streets of Billings, Montana without any clothes. The 31-year old man needed help.
Instead, he was killed. He died after being tased three times in the street and another time while in the custody of a dozen or so deputy sheriff's from Yellowstone County.
Many of those officers may be facing criminal charges as
an inquest into the death of Ryan Bain is
taking place this week.

They found the officers NOT at fault. Ryan was killed because they neglected to get him medical treatment, tazed him when he cuffed as well as strapped down in a restraint chair.There excessive force led to my fiance's death and they should be held accountable. Ryan was a great man and wonderful loving father who relapsed after 3 years of being sober. He will be forever loved and missed and should have justice.
