Family Outraged About Taser-Killing of Nick Koscielniak (Lancaster, NY)

Family members are expressing outrage over the death of a man who was shocked by a Taser during a struggle with Lancaster Police.  [SOURCE]

The family of 28-year-old Nicholas "Nick" Koscielniak believes Lancaster Police used excessive Taser force to try and bring Nick under control during an altercation at his uncle's house.

This is a taser-related killing that won't go away quietly. Check out the video interviews with family members.

All - A witness claims that the police are lying. Witness says that the police used taser on Nick after he was handcuffed and laying on the ground.

Two murderers still out there with badges. I can't believe this report kisses their asses.. It reads like a corporate taser commercial praising the murders and their tools.
