Jessie Dotson will go to trial on February 8, 2009 for his role in one of the worst mass murders in Memphis history. [SOURCE]
I wonder why it takes so long?
The capital murder case against 34-year-old Jessie Dotson is expected to take at least three weeks. Dotson faces six counts of first-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of being a felon in possession of a handgun. The victims were relatives or friends of Dotson's, including a brother and two nephews who were killed.
Dotson remains in jail without bond.
